Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic. We collaborate directly with manufacturers in Greece and France to ensure quality and authenticity.

Can I pick up my order in person (e.g., in Vilnius)?

At the moment, we operate exclusively online. Shipping via courier or parcel lockers provides a fast and convenient option.

What materials are the products made from?

SORENA GREECE: Each handbag is carefully handcrafted from innovative, plant-based materials, offering an ethical, high-quality alternative to animal-derived products.

ROSE IN APRIL: The textiles used are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring they are safe, free from harmful substances, and suitable even for the most sensitive baby skin.

What should I do if the product doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable?

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How often is the assortment updated?

Our assortment is constantly evolving and dynamic. The brands release their main collections twice a year, but products are often refreshed several times within a season. Please note that all collections are limited edition. We recommend purchasing your favorite items immediately, as sold-out pieces often do not return.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! They are the perfect solution for anyone who is unsure. The recipient can choose their favorite SORENA GREECE or ROSE IN APRIL accessory.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship across Europe! Deliveries within Lithuania take 1–3 business days, while shipments to other European countries typically take 5–10 business days. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@nimawear.lt, and we will be happy to find a solution.

How can I find out if a product is in stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, please contact us, and we will let you know when it is expected to be restocked.

How should I care for the products?

SORENA GREECE: We recommend keeping handbags in the included dust bag and protecting them from moisture, direct sunlight, and heavy items. Do not machine wash.

ROSE IN APRIL: Textile products can be machine washed at 30°C.
